Manx pupils receive GCSE results today

Around 800 school pupils from the Isle of Man will be receiving GCSE results today.

Students from the five secondary schools took exams in almost 50 subjects earlier this year.

Over 60% of Manx students secured five A* - C passes including English and Maths last year.

The Department of Education and Children will publish details of this year's pass rate later.
