Police issue Facebook advice

The Island's police force is giving the Manx public advice on staying safe while using Facebook.

The Isle of Man Constabulary shared guidelines on using social media on their Facebook media page.

The police urge those using Facebook to think before posting, keep settings private and not share their password.

Officers also suggest parents and teachers should join the site and make sure younger users are using Facebook responsibly.
