Work is taking place to repair one of the ferries that serves the Isle of Man after it struck the linkspan while docking in Douglas.
The Manannan was left with structural damage after making contact with the linkspan last night.
The Steam Packet Company says its workshop staff have been working to repair the damage overnight, but were unable to complete the repairs in time for this morning's sailing to Liverpool.
The operator has also confirmed there were no injuries reported or observed following the collision.
It's expected the Manannan will be ready to return to service this afternoon, but a further update will be issued by the Steam Packet at lunchtime.
