Further planning application for Crosby housing development

Planning permission is being sought for a 28-home housing development in Crosby.

An application has been submitted seeking permission to build on land at Ballaglonney Farm in Crosby.

The developers had a previous application for such a development approved last year, but have resubmitted the plans following a survey into the flood risk and impact on the local environment.

The proposals also include a retail unit and office building.
