Fire crews were called out in the early hours of this morning to help a sinking fishing vessel.
The captain of the local fishing boat contacted the emergency services just after 4am after the vessel started taking on water.
The vessel was tied up at Red Pier by the time a team from Douglas Fire Station arrived, allowing officers to use a pump to clear the water.
Once enough water had been removed from the boat, a temporary repair was carried out to stop more water coming on board.
Crews remained at the scene for around two hours.
