A junction in Douglas town centre is closed after heavy rain overnight caused the road surface there to break up.
The road was shut at the bottom of Crellins Hill and Lower Finch Road shortly after 1am following a spell of heavy rain last night.
The Department of Infrastructure hasn't been able to work on the area overnight, having to wait until daylight to properly assess to state of the road.
Police are advising motorists and pedestrians to find an alternative route.
