St Thomas's School has been given over £1300 by the Church of England over the last five years.
The Department of Education and Children revealed £1357 has been given to the school for ad-hoc resources since 2012.
St Mary's School has also received support from the Roman Catholic Church for resources and publication, but exact figures haven't been recorded.
The Department says it's not aware of plans for the two faith schools to receive further funds from their churches in the future.
The details were released in response to a Freedom of Information request.
