Almost 80% of Manx residents would recommend living on the Island according to a Government survey.
This year's Isle of Man social attitudes survey revealed 86% of residents are satisfied or very satisfied with life on the Island, while 79% would advise others to live here.
However, four in 10 households say they have experienced at least two years of financial strain, while nearly two thirds feel wealth inequality is worsening on the Island.
67% of those who responded to the survey also revealed they don't expect Brexit to leave the Island's economy worse off, while just under half believe immigration improves the quality of Island life.
The Government says the Island ranks in the top 40 happiest countries in the world using the World Happiness Study methodology.
