Fewer endoscopic procedures have been carried out on the Island since equipment was relocated from Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital to Noble's.
In the final four weeks endoscopies were undertaken at both sites, an average of 60.75 procedures were completed in total each week.
Since the Ramsey equipment was set up at Noble's in June, an average of 59.75 procedures have taken place.
The Department of Health and Social Care decided to move all its equipment and appointments to the Braddan hospital earlier this year to cut waiting lists.
The DHSC also revealed that 56 endoscopies took place on Manx residents in the UK last year, costing over £22,000.
The figures were released in response to a Freedom of Information request.
