Tynwald President pays tribute to Laxey crash victims

The President of Tynwald has been paying tribute to the former Head Messenger of Tynwald Court.

Derek Brown and his wife Joy, who also served as an occasional messenger, were among the four people who died in a car crash in Laxey last week.

Steve Rodan revealed he was shocked and saddened to hear of their deaths, and says their service to Tynwald will long be remembered.

The president also offered condolences to the families of all of those who were involved in the incident.
