Brookes replaces injured McGuinness at Classic TT

Josh Brookes will ride for Team Winfield.

2015 British Superbike Champion Josh Brookes will replace John McGuinness at this year's Classic TT.

Brookes, who recently announced he'll race at the event for the first time, will ride for Team Winfield, concentrating on the Senior Classic TT.

The Australian will compete on the 500cc Paton that McGuinness set a new lap record on last year.

McGuinness will miss the Classic TT due to leg injuries sustained at the North West 200 earlier this year.
