Food producers from the Island will be taught about branding their produce in a Government-run workshop.
The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture wants to teach Manx food businesses the importance of getting their branding and packaging right in today's marketplace.
The course will be run by the founder of a firm that has worked with Cadbury, Golden Wander and Birds Eye, and include discussions about branding, provenance and visual identity.
DEFA says it needs to make sure its helping those with great products position their produce correctly in the marketplace.
The workshop will take place next month at the Department's headquarters in St John's. Places can be booked by contacting food@gov.im.
