Inquest to open following Laxey crash

An inquest will open this afternoon following the deaths of four people in a car crash in Laxey.

Derek Brown, Joyce Brown, Kathleen Garrett and Marie Gordon died after the car they were travelling in struck a bus shelter last Monday.

All four were in their 80s and from Laxey.

Coroner of Inquests John Needham will open the inquests at Douglas Courthouse at 12.30pm.
