Three candidates for Commissioners seat

Three candidates will contest an election to fill the vacant seat on Castletown Town Commissioners next month.

The local authority confirmed it will go to the polls after multiple candidates came forward.

Local authority worker Jamie Charles Fredric Horton, civil servant Pamela Jayne Rice and Julie Bareham, who is retired, will contest the vacancy.

The polls will open on August 17th from 8am to 8pm.
