Two arrested after altercation outside takeaway

Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward following an altercation between two men outside a takeaway in Douglas.

The incident happened outside Marmaris on Castlemona Avenue in the early hours of Saturday morning..

Officers say customers in the takeaway would have seen what happened, and are urging those who were there to get in touch.

Two men have been arrested in connection with the incident and released on police while enquiries continue.
