A change to the Island's licensing laws means people can now enter late-night venues after 1am.
The Department of Home Affairs and Manx Entertainment and Nightclub Association has lifted the restriction to allow later entry into pubs and clubs.
It's hoped the move will reduce the number of problems caused when large groups converge on late-night premises just before the cut off to secure entry, as well as allowing people to move between venues.
The change has been brought in on a six-month trial, with the impact of the move being reviewed regularly.
