A review into the Attorney General's Chamber cost the Government more than £20,000.
Chief Minister Howard Quayle confirmed Stephen Cooler's 2012 review into certain functions of the Chambers cost £20,581.71
The cost included £12,000 of consultancy fees at £600 per day for 25 days, as well as nearly £2,500 of consultancy expenses.
Previous Chief Minister Allan Bell commissioned the review following concerns over the performance of the Chambers.
The findings of the review were only recently revealed following a Freedom of Information request, which revealed Mr Wooler found some prosecution cases weren't prepared properly.
