The Chief Minister says the Isle of Man will have its own EU Repeal Bill as the UK prepares to leave the European Union.
Howard Quayle confirmed the Island will need to repeal the European Communities Act, and retain, amend or repeal EU laws which apply to the Isle of Man.
The UK's legislation was published earlier this week, and will replace EU laws in Britain's statute book.
Mr Quayle admits the Island may continue to use a number of EU laws after Brexit if it's thought to be in the Island's interest.
