Patient transfer feedback to be discussed in Tynwald

Feedback on the patient transfer service will be discussed in this month's sitting of Tynwald.

The Department of Health and Social Care recently confirmed ComCab Liverpool has passed its probation period, despite a number of patients expressing concerns about the taxi firm after the took over the service earlier this year.

Douglas North MHK David Ashford wants to know what criteria was used to assess the probation period, and what weight was given to the opinions of patients.

Health Minister Kate Beecroft will provide the details when Tynwald sits in Tuesday.
