School seeks permission for play area canopy

One of the Island's primary schools is seeking planning permission to build a canopy in its playground.

Scoill Vallajeelt in Douglas wants to construct an external canopy to its reception class outdoor play area.

The canopy would be situated at the front of the building, next to the school's two reception classrooms.
