Fire crews have been tackling two separate boiler fires on the Isle of Man this morning.
The emergency services received two calls just after 8.30 reporting boiler fires in Douglas and Port Erin.
Two pumps from Douglas dealt with a faulty boiler at the junction of York Road and Woodbourne Road which had filled the building with black smoke.
Teams from Port Erin and Castletown were dispatched to Marashen Crescent after a water leak caused a short circuit in the boiler, resulting in a fire.
The fire service is reminding home owners to carry out regular checks on all boilers and ensure they're serviced in accordance with manufacturers recommendations.
