A farm in the west of the Island is seeking planning permission to build visitor facilities.
High Tilt Farm, which breeds goats, wants to improve its current tours of the site, promoting local food and welfare standards.
The farm currently has four members of staff, and it's hoped the new facilities would create jobs, doubling the number of workers at the farm.
The application also includes plans to add a cafe and shop to the site, as well as a new goat barn, commercial kitchen, butchery facility and fleece dying area.
The farm wants to development to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
