Fire crews called out to gas leak

Fire crews were called out following a report of a gas leak in the north of the Island.

The occupant noticed a strong smell of gas at the property in Ramsey yesterday morning, resulting in the fire service and an ambulance being dispatched.

The firefighters vented the property while a Manx gas engineer dealt with the leak.
