A Tynwald committee will begin an investigation into the recent changes to the Island's endoscopy services.
The Social Affairs Policy Review Committee will hear evidence over the Department of Health and Social Care's handling of the decision.
Dr Andrew Kelsey and other trustees from Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital will speak to the panel this afternoon, along with chairman of the hospital's League and Friends Leonard Singer.
Health Minister Kate Beecroft and the Department's chief executive Malcolm Couch will give evidence next month.
The DHSC recently announced it will move all endoscopy appointments, as well as staff and equipment to Noble's Hospital, having previously offered services in Ramsey.
