Government puts former post office on market for £1.3m

The Manx Government is attempting to sell off a building previously used as a post office for almost £1.3m.

The Regent Street property has been listed on the open market at £1.295m with Chrystals estate agent.

The building has planning permission for alteration, including significant work to make it suitable for modern retail purposes.

The site, which is spread over four floors and covers almost 11,000 sq ft, is being marketed on and off the Island.
