Smoking with children in the car will be discussed at this month's sitting of Tynwald.
Garff MHK Daphne Caine wants to know how many people have been cautioned for smoking with under 16s present since March last year.
A law banning anyone in a vehicle from smoking when an under 16 is present came in last year, with the smoker and driver both facing punishment if caught.
The legislation includes all cigarettes, cigars and pipes, but doesn't stop the use of electronic cigarettes and vaporisers.
Home Affairs Minister Bill Malarkey will reveal the figures when Tynwald sits next week.
