Almost a fifth of endoscopy procedures carried out on the Isle of Man over the last 12 months took place at Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital.
Department of Health and Social Care figures show 592 procedures were undertaken in the north of the Island, compared to 2697 at Noble's.
Over a quarter of all colonoscopies took place in Ramsey, along with more than a fifth of gastroscopies.
The Department recently decided to move all endoscopy appointments to Noble's along with equipment and staff from the Ramsey facility, claiming it will allow more clinic time and cut waiting lists.
