Racing is due to continue at this year's TT today, but the weather could cause further disruptions.
The Island's Met Office has issued an amber weather warning with heavy rain forecast to hit the Island until 9pm.
The first section of the Mountain Road is due to close from 9.15, with the rest of the course shutting at 10am.
The first Supersport race is due to take place at 10.45 followed by the opening Sidecar race, which had initially been scheduled for Saturday.
There are also qualifying laps for the Superstock, Superbike, Lightweight and Zero classes, with roads due to open from 4.40pm.
Ian Hutchinson secured his 15th TT win in yesterday's Superbike race.
