Witnesses to severe car damage sought

Police are appealing for witnesses after a car was severely damaged in Douglas.

Both nearside windows have been smashed and one of the tyres let down on the vehicle, which was parked in Hillberry Lakes.

Officers were called out at 4.30 this morning, and say the incident has caused great upset to the owners and their young daughter, who was upset by the noise of the damage.

Police are particularly keen to hear from the driver of a small white van which left the nearby area shortly after the incident.
