The Chief Minister of the Isle of Man says his thoughts are with the families of those killed at the explosion at Manchester Arena.
22 people died and more than 50 have been injured in what's believed to be a suicide bomber attack outside the venue following an Ariana Grande concert last night.
Howard Quayle took to Twitter this morning to say thoughts and prayers are with those who lost loved ones.
He also described the incident as "terrible".
