Infrastructure Minister to be asked about fixed penalty notice appeals

Why fixed penalty notices are successfully appealed will be discussed in the House of Keys this week.

Douglas North MHK David Ashford wants to know why over 15% of tickets issued in some categories get overturned on appeal.

Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer will provide the details when the House sits tomorrow morning.
