The horse trams will be return to service next week after the health of the horses improved.
The trams had to be suspended earlier this month when a number of horses came down with a respiratory issue, which is said to be common among horses.
The animals have been receiving anti-biotics and welfare checks, and the vet is happy with their recovery.
Isle of Man Railways plan to ease the horses back into service from Wednesday with a reduced timetable, operating only between 10am and 4pm for the first week before being assessed again.
