The Government's strategy for protecting the TT brand will be discussed when the House of Keys sits next week.
Ayre and Michael MHK Tim Baker wants to know what the Department of Economic Development's approach is to dealing with unauthorised use of the brand.
The DED has come in for criticism recently after charging the RNLI to use the TT name on its charity pins, while local crafters and Bushy's Brewery have also been targetted.
The Department has previously defended its actions, claiming it must protect the TT brand.
Minister Laurence Skelly will provide the details when the House of Keys sits on Tuesday.
