Manx Gas is putting its prices up from the start of June.
The Island's gas provider will increase tariffs by 3.5% and standing charges by 2.4% from the beginning of next month.
The company says the move comes following consultation with the Office of Fair Trading as a result of gas prices being above budgeted levels.
Manx Gas also blames inflation for the increase, while adding that the prices are still below 2015 levels following three reductions to the tariff last year.
It's estimated the price rise will cost the average household just under £25 per year.
