Fewer than 500 people are registered unemployed on the Isle of Man for the first time since 2004.
The latest job market statistics show 462 people were unemployed at the end of April - a drop of 45 compared with the previous month.
The figures give an unemployment rate of 1.1%, and the lowest unemployment during the month of April for 13 years.
The Job Centre also reported an increase in the number of vacancies being posted, with over 1,000 jobs notified at the job centre during April.
