A number of events will take place on the Island next week to mark Mental Health Awareness Week.
The week runs from Monday 8th May to next Sunday with the theme of 'surviving or thriving'.
The events, which are being held free of charge, include a walking football session, a talk on using writing for therapeutic purposes, and information days.
The Department of Health and Social Care has made improving mental healthcare part of its five-year strategy.
The full timetable of events can be found on the Government's website.
