The Government wants to hear the Manx public's opinion on various aspects of life on the Isle of Man.
The Cabinet Office has launched the 2017 Social Attitudes Survey, seeking feedback on areas such as housing, employment and politics.
The questionnaire also asked about public confidence in the Government, the best and worst things about living in the Isle of Man and satisfaction with public services.
It's the second time the Government has carried out the survey, having launched it last year.
Responses will be used to shape future Government policies, as well as gaining an insight into public opinion.
The survey can be found online, with paper copies available from Government Office in Douglas, as well as the town halls in Ramsey, Castletown and Peel.
