One of the Island's post offices will close in the summer due to falling customer numbers.
Foxdale Post Office's sub postmaster Ellan Vannan Fuels has tendered its resignation after four years in charge of the facility.
The Isle of Man Post Office says fewer people are using the counter face to face, making the service no longer financially viable.
It adds that the service has been losing money for three years and that no alternative to closing the post office has been found.
As a result, the office will close from the end of August.
