Planning sought for 20-home development in Arbory

The Government is seeking planning permission for 20 affordable homes in the south of the Island.

The development would be at Ballacubbon in Arbory, including five bungalows, seven two-bedroom houses and eight apartments, as well as parking for 40 cars.

The Department of Infrastructure, who submitted the planning application, says the development is part of its commitment to the Area Plan for the South.

The plans also include private gardens and patios at 16 of the 20 properties, landscaping and an access road.
