Employers and contractors tax return deadline nears

Employers and contractors are being reminded the deadline for submitting tax returns is less than two weeks away.

Returns for the year ended 5th April must be submitted by May 5th or employers and contractors will face a £250 fine.

A further £50 charge will apply for each day the return is late.

Employers tax returns can be submitted online through the Government's website.
