15 recommendations are to be considered following a review into last year's House of Keys General Election.
The select committee on the organisation and operation of the general election will present its report at this month's sitting of the Island's parliament.
Allowing residents to sign up to the electoral register until a week before the vote and reviewing the position and quantity of polling stations were both highlighted.
The committee also wants the Cabinet Office to look into introducing electronic voting systems.
The report will be laid before Tynwald at this month's sitting.
