Manx Telecom says it is making significant progress towards restoring its email platform.
The telecoms provider transferred 30,000 manx.net accounts to a new platform last week, which left many users unable to access their mail for several days.
The company says it's been working round the clock to help those affected by the problems, and are still working through individual cases.
The majority of the remaining issues are relating to customers trying to restore folder structures, removing previously deleted mails and resetting passwords.
The company claims all issues should be resolved within the next 24 hours.
