Regeneration, energy saving to be discussed in HoK

Regeneration in Douglas Town Centre, the sale of Ramsey Courthouse and means testing for social housing rents will all be discussed in the House of Keys this morning.

Douglas North MHK David Ashford will put a number of questions to the Infrastructure Minister, seeking details about plans for regeneration in Castle Street in Douglas.

Mr Ashford will also ask Ray Harmer about testing energy efficiency at the Island's schools and reducing lighting costs in Government buildings.

Meanwhile, Home Affairs Minister Bill Malarkey will face questioning about negotiations over the sale of Ramsey Courthouse.
