OFT warns collapsed company had significant number of Manx clients

The Island's Office of Fair Trading says a Blackpool-based production company that's being wound up had a number of Manx clients.

Arena Digital Productions Limited agreed to be voluntarily wound up in August last year, with RSM Restructuring Advisory in Manchester appointed as liquidators.

The OFT believes a significant number of local businesses agreed contracts with the firm during 2013 and 2014, and could now be owed money.

Local companies who are out of pocket should contact the liquidator to obtain a proof of debt form.
