Owners of firearms on the Isle of Man have until the end of the week to renew their licences.
Certificates must be renewed by Friday or those with firearms could face prosecution for unlawful possession.
The Isle of Man Constabulary, who issues the licences, says all those who have their applications submitted by the end of Friday will have their certificates issued, but those who don't return the form or and their application in late will be breaking the law.
Those who don't intend to renew their licences must take their firearms to an authorised dealer and tell the police or take the weapon directly to the police for surrender.
