The proposed sale of Ramsey Courthouse will be discussed when Tynwald sits this month.
Seven of the 32 questions for oral answer will be on the subject of the building, which was recently listed for sale on the open market.
Ramsey Town Commissioners have agreed to make a bid for the building to try to keep it in public ownership and run it as a community facility, but Home Affairs Minister Bill Malarkey has previously indicated multiple buyers are interested.
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper will ask how bids will be assessed and whether there are any public rights of way on the land.
Garff member Daphne Caine is seeking details about the cultural and social importance of the building, while Ayre & Michael MHK Tim Baker is interested to know whether other buildings will be sold off.
Tynwald sits on Tuesday next week.
