A public meeting will take place in Ramsey later this week to discuss the future of the town's courthouse.
Ramsey Town Commissioners have organised the meeting after receiving 33 written requests from registered voters.
The local authority has announced plans to make a formal offer for the building, which has been listed for sale on the open market by the Manx Government.
The MHKs for the town, as well as those from the neighbouring constituencies of Garff and Ayre & Michael will be at the meeting, along with the Home Affairs Minister.
The Commissioners say the meeting will enable the town's residents to hear views from the politicians present.
A recent consultation run by the Commissioners revealed around three-quarters of the town's residents want the building to remain in public ownership.
The meeting will take place in the Ramsey Grammar School West Building from 7pm on Friday.
