22 jobs are at risk at the airport as the Department of Infrastructure plans to end its baggage handling and cargo loading service.
The Department has reviewed its operations at Ronaldsway and has decided to hand control of baggage, cargo and assisting passengers with reduced mobility to handling agents.
The workers affected will be given the chance to discuss redeployment opportunities elsewhere in the DoI or agree a redundancy package.
The changes are expected to come in from May or June.
