The travel agent that operates the Government's homestay scheme and the TT's official travel provider will cease trading later this year.
Regency Travel has announced that it is winding down its Isle of Man business, and will stop trading in September after the Festival of Motorcycling.
The Department of Economic Development says the company has a contractual obligations to fulfill its commitments for TT and the Festival of Motorcycling this year.
A tender process to appoint a new provider for 2018 will take place.
