Infrastructure Minister faces incinerator oil cost question

The cost of oil at the Island's Energy from Waste Plant will be discussed in next week's sitting of the House of Keys.

Douglas North MHK David Ashford wants to know how much oil has been used in the primary and secondary incinerators over the last three years, and how much the fuel has cost.

Last year, the facility generated just over 6% of the electricity used of the Island.

Infrastructure Minister Ray Harmer will provide the details on Tuesday.
